Who can join ACEN?
ACEN membership is open to anyone with an interest in clean energy across Africa and the Caribbean — from students and early-career professionals to multinational corporations and government bodies. Choose the tier that best reflects your goals and level of engagement.
What happens after I join?
Upon completing your membership checkout, you will receive a welcome email with access credentials to the ACEN member portal, onboarding resources, and invitations to upcoming events. Corporate and Partner members will be contacted by their dedicated account liaison within 5 business days.
Can I upgrade my membership tier?
Yes. Members can upgrade their tier at any time. The difference in membership fee will be prorated for the remaining period of your current membership year. Contact team@acen.madethis.app to arrange an upgrade.
Is membership renewable annually?
ACEN memberships are annual and will not auto-renew. You will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before your membership expires. Renewing early ensures uninterrupted access to all member benefits.
Are membership fees tax-deductible?
ACEN membership fees may be tax-deductible as a business expense in some jurisdictions. We recommend consulting your tax adviser. ACEN can provide membership receipts and documentation upon request.
